ENVIRCO Movable wall System with SG Vertical Panel & One Adjustable Panel by 100mm thick
DESIGN OF SYSTEM: The wall internal built is consisting of Retractable Mechanism to move Top and Bottom Seal Manually Operated by a Handle inserted in the Panel Stile, Rotating the handle clockwise / anticlockwise shall simultaneously Extend or Retract the Top and Bottom Seals through gear Mechanism which shall firmly hold the Seals in the Retracted or Extended mode. The panel Trims will be standard series with exposed Aluminum trims of 15mm thickness finished in T6 Anodized Aluminum shall be used. Each panel will have top and bottom Rubber Retractable seal with Concave / Convex Vertical Interlocking profiles. Vinyl Seal of Butane Rubber will be used at top and bottom and as well as Closure Seals for the Operable wall system. Retractable seal drop will be 20 mm.
TRACK & TROLLEY : Each Panel shall be suspended on Extruded T6 Anodized Aluminum Track, Steel Cold Ball Bearing Rollers / Trolley of material nylon wheel made with the base Material of POM 45 tempered steel , maintance free with multiple Balbearing. The individual element is adjustable in height without opening of the ceiling.
PANELS: 85mm thickPanels will be made from 12mm MDF / Clipboard Panels hung in Acoustic Isolation from the frame and allowed to vibrate independently of the frame. The Panels must be filled with Acoustic material Rockwool of 64Kg/m3 density & MTS Sound Damping layer of 3 mm thick high density material to achieve Sound STC of 51dbA as per site condition. The width of panel will be from 800 mm to 1200 mm maximum, as per site condition. The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
Panel Frame as desired MATT NATURAL ANODISED
ACOUSTIC INSULATION: The Panels filled with Acoustic material Glass wool of48 Kg/m3 density , 6 MM thick anti donning layer having Thermal Conductivity 0.037 @ 20 C as per EN ISO 8497 (DIN 52613) and 2 mm thick Sound Damping layer MTS 05-303 to achieve higher Sound STC as per site condition.
