Magnesite Binded ENVIRCO ® FINE [1mm fibre width] Acoustic Panelsprepainted in choice color made of long Pine Wood Fibres 10MM, 15MM, 20mm, 25MM,40MM thick 1220 x 610mm NaturalPremium, 9 kg/Sqm., Square Edge screw fixed @ 200mm on GI metal frame comprising of 50mmfully kurled Floor Channel made of 0.55mm sheet having 2 equal flanges of 30mm & 50mm fullykurled Stud Channel made our of 0.55mm sheet having 2 equal flanges of 35mm & having 9mm ofinward collar to both flanges making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. The frame is to be made in properline after leveling. The panels will be backed with 50mm Polyfibre Acoustic Wadding 1000 GSMinserted inside the grid of 610 x 610mm & holded with mesh, which in total will comprise NRC 0.80as per IS: 8225/ ISO: 354/ ASTM: 423 – 90 a. Acoustic Panel should meet the Stringent Fire testrequirement having Class ‘P’ rating for Ignitability test as per BS 476 part 5; Fire Propagation index,I = 4.11 [lower the better] as per BS 476 part 6 and Class ‘1’ rating as per BS 476 part 7 for SurfaceSpread of Flame test. Class ‘P’ and Class ‘1’ are the highest rating. All joints of the tiles must inperfect line and level.Proper touch up/ coat of spray paint of same color shall be applied over the panels for final finish
